Black Sheep Homes is a UK-based construction company specializing in large panel timber frame construction. We own and operate our own factory, ensuring precision and quality in every project.
How We Work
We are a full-service construction company. From concept design to completion - we do it all.
Design and Planning: Our in house architects, engineers, and interior designers work closely with clients to bring their visions to life.
Timber Frame Manufacturing: We own and operate our own timber frame factory. We design and produce precision-engineered timber frame walls, giving us unmatched flexibility and control over construction.
Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP): Our in-house MEP teams handle the installation and certification of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Professional Construction Management: Our SMSTS qualified construction managers oversee all stages of our projects.
Bespoke Joinery: From cabinetry to bespoke finishes, our joinery partners handle all aspects of the fit-out phase, ensuring the final touches meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Tony Stanislav - Managing Director & Co-Founder
Tony is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Black Sheep Homes, bringing more than 30 years of construction expertise. Responsible for overseeing all construction activities, Tony ensures projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Renowned for his meticulous attention to detail, Tony’s leadership drives the superior craftsmanship that defines Black Sheep Homes.
Sasa Radunovic - COO & Co-Founder
Sasa is the COO and Co-Founder of Black Sheep Homes, with over 30 years of experience in construction and procurement. Sasa leads the procurement strategy, sourcing high-quality materials that meet stringent standards for sustainability and durability.
